Indianpots, a small effort to bring out India’s cultural heritage hidden in small villages and cities. The villages that nurture and incubate our artisans and their beautiful artwork using naturally available resources.
Rural to urban migration is at 30% in India, which is majorly due to lack of sustainable economic balance. This forces artisans to work as labor in villages at first, followed by migration to urban cities which looks economically secure to them. This kills the rural artist’s talent and reduces our chances to carry forward the lovely age-old art, which is appreciated globally.
We at Indianpots aspire to touch the lives of these artisans, creating a socio-economical value chain which would inspire and aspire them to carry on the heritage by bringing their lives and work closer to the world.
